We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team and elevate our guest experience to new heights.

**Job Description**:
As a Bartender at SIP, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience to our guests. You will demonstrate a deep knowledge of mixology, a passion for craft cocktails, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. Your role will involve creating and serving exquisite drinks, engaging with guests to understand their preferences, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and beers, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Develop and implement new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology and creativity in drink presentation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and attitude, reflecting the upscale nature of our establishment.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
