**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform renovations on residential and commercial properties, including roofing, siding, and flooring installation.
- Lay tiles and ensure proper alignment and finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying and concrete forming as needed.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials.
- Estimate construction materials and labor costs for projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles with a focus on roofing, tile laying, siding, masonry, and flooring installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery operation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with renovation work.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
