**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintains a balanced float while on shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies
- Initiates opportunities for additional sales
- Faces and displays merchandise
- Leads a team of cashiers and supervisors, assigning and delegating duties and responsibilities
- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises management of any discrepancies
- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes
- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Participates in maintaining a prosperous and enjoyable work environment for all staff
- Overseeing the completion of workplans and accomplishing day to day operations of the store
- Assists in receiving and storing products according to company policy
- Assists in ordering product from local and national vendors
- Assists in inventory management, budgeting
- Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all sales and related information for Urban Cellars

**We want our team members to have**:

- Previous supervisor or manager experience in a fast paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in retail liquor or hospitality (bar/ restaurant) industries will be given priority
- Good math and problem solving skills
- **Must** have open availability and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends

**Requirements**:

- **Must** be 19+ years of age
- **Must** have Serving it Right certificate
- **Must** complete a Criminal Record Check before beginning of employment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time without an issue
- Computer technology proficiency and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/ Google Workspaces is an asset
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs on a regular basis without issue

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Serve It Right Saskatchewan (required)
