Groundskeeper

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as the farm groundskeeper. Our organic farm consist of three properties with extensive landscaping and lawn areas that applicant will be responsible for maintaining.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep all lawn areas maintained using zero turn mower, push mower, trimmer and blower.
- Keep walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas clear of debris to maintain safety and aesthetics.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance is required.
- Familiarity with operating equipment such as zero turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers is essential.
- Experience operating heavy equipment or compact tractors is an asset but not required.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail in all tasks performed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
