**Role Overview**:
In this role, you'll demonstrate your extensive expertise in Oracle Retail Applications, spanning versions 13 to 16 or above, with an advantage if familiar with version 19. You'll chip in to project team meetings, deliver high-quality technical results, and collaborate in a structured team environment, showing strength in RMS/RPM/ReIM/ReSA/RIB and over 10 years of confirmed Oracle Retail Development experience.

**What You'll Do**:

- Have expertise both technical and functional in Oracle Retail Applications.
- Oracle Retail Version 13x to 16x or above. 19x version is added advantage.
- Attend and chip in to regular project team meetings involving local and remote team members to provide progress updates.
- Deliver the requirements to capture and demonstrate the successful and high - quality development of technical results, which satisfy clients specified requirements.
- Work in accordance with the defect and issue tracking procedures and systems which may be used to assign tasks, track progress, review quality and support the SDLC of the client.
- Assist with work estimation and preliminary requirement analysis Work within a team structure in accordance with established result dates, in conjunction with onsite / nearshore / offshore team constructions, reporting to offshore/onsite leads/project managers.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Primary Skills: RMS/RPM/ReIM/ ReSA/RIB with more than 10 years of demonstrable experience.
- Must have Skill: Oracle Retail Development, Improvement and Production Support experiences.
- Experience working with Retail Merchandising Systems, Pro *C, PLSQL, SQL, Java, Shell scripting, ADF, Merchandising, Purchase Order, Allocations, Pricing, Sales Audit, Inventory Management and Financial Accounting (Stock Ledger).
- Expert in conducting detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements,
- Build the functional design and acts as the functional SME for a module.
- Lead the business process flows for the customer, perform product configuration setup ensuring complete coverage of client’s requirements and product quality
- Expert in Transition Management, Estimation & Resource Planning, Solution Structuring, Incident, Problem management, People management, Program Governance, Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Change Control Management, Program management, Benefits Management, Management by Metrics, Financial Competence, Scope Management, Program Contracting, Organization Organizational Change Management and onshore/offshore effective coordination.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. Canada.
