Freelancer Sales and Customer Service Expert

We are looking for a skilled sales and customer service expert for Amorepacific brands. This role will play an essential role in representing Amorepacific brands including Sulwhasoo, Laneige and Innisfree, in Sephora doors in Winnipeg, MB. This position will be employed with our 3rd party service provider.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish trust and build relationships with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, and clients
- Execute events, promotions, and new product launches with excitement and positivity
- Listen attentively when interacting with clients and recommend the best products to meet their needs
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals by providing best-in-class customer service
- Re-stock product shelves and keep service areas clean and sanitized
- Conduct on-demand trainings to ensure store employees are knowledgeable and confident in promoting Amorepacific Brands in Sephora - Laneige, Sulwhasoo + Innisfree.

**Education & Skills**
- 1-2 years working for a beauty brand in retail stores
- Ideally has Sephora experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently on their own and with teammates

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
