**Description**:
We are seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and motivated individual to join the team as a Program Manager supporting the Senior Vice President of Global Technology Sales across Gartner Europe (working across 31 countries).

In this exciting role you will work in a fast-paced environment with highly productive, results focused, and passionate teams. Responsibilities range from SVP Support, Program Management Support, Operational and Finance and will include:

- Understand the business KPI's that Europe needs to address, and the programs needed to promote and accelerate those KPI's
- Full knowledge of Europe Vision and Goals and programs and the rollout of programs to support progress towards these
- Work closely with SBA and Sales Ops to co-ordinate activities, and develop models that enable VP's to ACT on campaigns
- Proactively and independently build presentations to support communication to VP’s and SM’s as and when required
- Coordination of Quarterly Ops Meetings (mostly virtual)
- Preparation and information gathering for Monthly and Quarterly Recognition Meetings
- Extract data from Monthly and Quarterly AE/Manager Stack Ranking report. Leverage data to assist with SVP recognition efforts and the coordination of team meeting presentations
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct meetings as needed
- Manage SVP calendar to include R&Ps with directs, Operations reviews, weekly management meetings, general calendar management, and booking rooms for meetings if in office
- Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements for SVP
- Ensure all authorized expenditure is in line with company guidelines and are incurred as cost-effectively as possible, submitted correctly and on time
- Full expense management for SVP Sales. Ownership of Europe sales budget at RVP/MVP/GVP level including generation of monthly reports to review budget progress vs targets
- Assist with ad hoc requests from Sales BUs/ Leaders
- Support SVP to develop innovative ideas for team collaboration, team meetings and general team engagement within a Virtual-First company approach
- Keep up to date with Google/MS teams/WebEx enhancements/training through GartnerYou to advise VP's how best to leverage tech for virtual/live meetings. Use latest Gartner approved technology for presentations

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
- Relevant experience in a program/project management/administrative capacity
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
- Experience with program or project coordination/management
- Must have an excellent work ethic
- Maintains a high sense of urgency
- Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
- Advanced problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be highly organized with good time management skills
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Willingness to travel internationally once/twice per year
