**Who are we?**

Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, LUX Air Services Inc. is a growing company operating ground operation and fueling service (FBO/Fixed-Base Operation) at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU). LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. At the beginning, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.

**Role and context**

Under the supervision of the ramp manager, the officer will be responsible for the smooth running of ground activities surrounding the aircraft in operation.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the crews and coordinate their requests before and after the flights
- Clean and maintain clean workplaces, vehicles and aircraft
- Loading and unloading baggage and cargo on board aircraft
- Ensure aircraft refuelling and carry out quality tests of petroleum products
- Coordinate ground transportation of clients and crews (taxi, rental car, etc.)
- Guiding aircraft on the ground for parking (marshalling)

- Keeping your cool: being able to work under pressure and handle stress well

**Specific job requirements**
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Holder of a valid driving licence
- Be able to obtain your Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate (Aviation)
