**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Mimi's Pub in the heart of the community. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations, contributing directly to our mission of providing a welcoming dining experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain inventory control and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the pub.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Assist in scheduling shifts for front-of-house staff to optimize coverage.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of serving and bartending experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Toast.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in staff training and development is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
