**Production Packing Clerk - No Walk - ins**

**Who We Are**:
Fastik is a growing label and packaging printing manufacturing company with locations in Canada and the United States which services a diverse customer base. Our products include lidding film, lumber tags, flexible packaging, wicket bags, window labels, and adhesive labels.

Due to growth we have an opening for a Production Packaging Clerk to join our team. Reporting to the Production Manager. You will be an excellent team player and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review work orders to determine any special labelling & packing instructions, stock specifications, or quantities to be packed & shipped.
- Pull, stack, weigh and pack product based on daily work order priority.
- Monitor product quality frequently, report problems to mitigate quality & safety issues.
- Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions and procedures (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Perform frequent visual quality & quantity inspections to maintain shipment accuracy.
- Understand the basics of the supply chain, including shipping and inventory control.
- Comply with all warehouse/production safety and quality rules and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other duties & tasks as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

**QUALIFICATION**
- High School Diploma or equivalent

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Previous experience in packaging or a related field is a plus.
- Basic math skills | Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance on a frequent basis.
- Strong attention to detail | Hand Tools | Pallet Jack | Effective interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer software skills.
- Excellent verbal & writing communication English skills.

**PREFERRED**
- Able to work shift work or Overtime when required.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Customer service and safety focused.
- Organized, accurate, and efficient.
- Team player with reliable and personal accountability.
- Flexible and open to continuous improvement.
- Possesses a growth mind-set.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- It may require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Safety guidelines must be followed to ensure a safe work environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Production/warehouse: 1 year (required)
- Packaging: 1 year (preferred)
