Job Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of various fire protection projects. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project execution
- Procure and track material shipments, assemble material shipments for jobsites.
- Manage project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, materials, and meeting minutes.
- Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks
**Requirements**:
- Experience in team management and project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience with vendor management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
