Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Director to lead our team at Pinnacle Support. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, and growth of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our mission to provide exceptional mental health services to young individuals in need.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement the company's strategic plans, goals, and objectives in alignment with the mission and vision of Pinnacle Support.

Provide strong leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the organization.

Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that prioritizes employee well-being, professional growth, and overall job satisfaction.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Drive business development initiatives to expand the reach and impact of Pinnacle Support, including forging partnerships with relevant stakeholders, securing funding opportunities, and exploring new service offerings.

Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as mental health professionals, educational institutions, community organizations, and government agencies.

Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Stay updated on industry trends, research, and best practices in youth mental health to ensure Pinnacle Support remains at the forefront of innovation and quality.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the mental health or related field, preferably working with youth populations.

A strong passion for youth mental health and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by young individuals.

Proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, and program management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team towards a shared vision and goals.

Knowledge of current mental health policies, regulations, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to address complex challenges.

**Salary**: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
