_**RAPS is Seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to Assist an Individual with ALS (S38)**_
- **Location: North Edmonton (Hudson)**_
- **Days: Monday to Friday**_
- **Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm**_
- **Rate of Pay: $22.00/Hour (Increase after probation period)**_
- _Duties include but are not limited to: _
- _Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, toileting, manual transfers (sit to stand), range of motion exercises, walking exercises, support on outings, general supervision, companionship_
- _G-tube feeding: flush line, administering feed at scheduled times, clean line, clean feed bag_
- _Medication: administration via feeding tube, monitoring and ordering inventory when necessary_
- _Respiratory care: assistance using lung volume recruitment (LVR) cough assist equipment, portable ventilator, electric BiPAP machine, maintain equipment cleanliness_
- _Respite care: provide respite for primary caregiver when necessary_
- _Home care: light housekeeping, laundry_

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
