Greet guests, take orders, and offer drink recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Follow Smart Serve and health & safety guidelines
- Process payments accurately using a POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory as needed

**Qualifications** - Smart Serve certified (required)
- Prior bartending experience (preferred)
- safe food handling certified (beneficial)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques
- Comfortable working weekend evening shifts
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
