**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests upon arrival, and assist with seating arrangements while maintaining the flow of service in our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise during their visit.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Proficient in phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
