**About the Role**

Eavor Technologies Inc. is seeking a **PMO Specialist / Project Manager** to join our team. Employed by Eavor, whose head office is located in Calgary, Alberta, and working with a multidisciplinary international team, you will drive both internal and external initiatives while owning and refining our **PMO Discipline**. This role requires a balance of hands-on project execution and strategic oversight, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

This hybrid role is based in Calgary, Alberta, but could require limited travel based on business needs.

**Some of What You Will Do**:

- **Project Management**: Lead internal and external projects, ensuring successful execution, timeline adherence, and budget control.
- **PMO Development & Governance**: Establish and refine Eavor’s project management frameworks, governance documents, and stage-gate deliverables to standardize best practices across the organization. Even after the PMO process and functions are in place, this role will ensure ongoing PMO refinement, quality control, and adherence to standards.
- **Transition to Increased Project Execution**: As PMO foundations solidify, take on more direct project execution responsibilities, particularly in early FEED and front-end development projects.
- **Client & Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, align expectations, and drive project success.
- **Multidisciplinary Coordination**: Collaborate across engineering, commercial, and operations teams to integrate diverse technical and business needs.
- **Process & Execution Excellence**: Drive consistency in project execution, resource planning, and risk management.
- **Proposal, RFP, and Cost Estimate Preparation**

**Some of What You Will Need**:

- **7-15 years of experience** as a Project Manager in capital projects, preferably within the geothermal, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and execution best practices.
- Experience developing and refining governance documents, stage-gate processes, and project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with early-stage development projects, FEED, and front-end engineering workflows.
- Experience working with multi-discipline teams (engineering, commercial, regulatory, and operations).
- Ability to engage and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- **PMP certification** or equivalent is a plus.
- Development Engineering background and understanding of project economics are assets.
