**Position Overview**
- Seasonal position with benefits.
- Night shift
- Wages range from $25-30/ hour, depending on experience and suitability.
- Guaranteed 80-88 hours bi-weekly of scheduled work. Overtime after 88 hours bi-weekly
- Team member is to be laid-off during the winter months, however will keep their benefits while on EI. The team member would then return in the spring to their full-time, seasonal salaried position.

We are seeking a **Foreman **for our crew. As the Foreman, you will oversee and help perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Oversee and assist with the production of night work.
- Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
- Keep the night crew on track and working safely, effectively and efficiently
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
- Additional tasks as required

**Qualifications**
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- An Engineering educational background is an asset
