Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario We are seeking reliable and hardworking **Production Associates** to support various manufacturing activities, including material handling, machine support, and general labor.

**What You Will Be Doing**

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:

- Assist with site preparation and clean-up to maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies within the facility
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision
- Hold or supply materials and tools during production processes
- Load and unload items from machines and assembly lines
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with team members and respond to direction from supervisors
- Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors and promote a positive work environment

**What We're Looking For**
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
