We pride ourselves on delivering seamless transitions for our clients while fostering a tight-knit, hardworking team environment. Now, we’re looking for a motivated **Sales Representative** to join us in helping people move with confidence.

**The Opportunity**

As our Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is essential to our success — identifying customer needs, providing tailored moving solutions, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our operations team. We offer a competitive base salary, an aggressive commission plan, and the autonomy to grow your own book of business.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Conduct in-home or virtual moving estimates for local and long-distance moves
- Accurately assess job scope and complete detailed job paperwork
- Present our services in a compelling and trustworthy way
- Drive sales growth through a mix of company leads and self-generated prospects
- Collaborate with dispatch and move coordinators to ensure client satisfaction
- Work flexibly, including some evenings or weekends as needed
- Track all sales activity and client communication in CRM tools

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
- Professional, organized, and solution-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Sales experience (moving industry a bonus but not required)

**What You’ll Get**
- **Base Salary**: $45,000-$55,000/year
- **Uncapped Commission**: Earn up to $100,000+/year with performance
- **Car Allowance**: $300/month

**Ready to Move Forward?**

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
