We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to lead our U16 ski racing program. Reporting to the Head of Racing, the U16 Head Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training program, providing technical and tactical guidance to athletes and coaches, and fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead**: provide strong leadership and direction for the U16 race program; establishing goals and strategies for success.
- **Oversee**: the development and performance of athletes in the program.
- **Communicate**:with athletes, parents and coaches creating positive relationships and a supportive environment.
- **Foster**: a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- **Evaluate**: the effectiveness of training methods, strategies, and program performance regularly.
- **Manage**: the program's budget, equipment inventory, and maintenance needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a ski racing coach, preferably at the competitive level.
- Proven track record of developing successful ski racers and achieving competitive results.
- Current CSC Performance Level or Development Level certification an asset.
- Strong knowledge of ski racing techniques, training methodologies, and race tactics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes and coaches.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with athletes and coaches of various ages and skill levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and using tools for performance tracking.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
