Delivery Driver

ABL X-Press is pleased to offer an opening for a driver (rigger). We are a unique delivery company specializing in the movement and placement of electronics of all sizes. We will offer training to the right individuals.
A driver’s requirements are: a valid class 5 drivers license with air endorsement (Q) or better, be physically fit (ability to lift 75 lbs. or greater), a neat and orderly appearance, the ability to work with others and the independence to work on your own, take pride and satisfaction in a job well done. Moving experience is an asset.
A driver’s responsibilities will include: loading and unloading of customers' goods, prepping machines and equipment for relocation, moving machines of various sizes from fax machines on up to MRI’s (with assistance), installing machines or assisting technicians at customer locations, maintaining up to date and accurate paperwork, using Electronic Log Devises to record on-duty time.
Most work days will begin and end in Edmonton, but there will be some out of town work and some overnight stays away from Edmonton. Work is normally Monday to Friday, but we do have customers that occasionally request afterhours or weekend service.
