We are currently seeking a Valet Supervisor for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Supervisor will ensure a smooth-running operation and customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our clients. Completing daily administration tasks including approving payroll, completing reports and adhering to H&S and HR policies is key to the success of this role. Hours are flexible may including workings evenings and/or weekends when required.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs, working closely with property management to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll approvals for employees and completion of reports
- Support in the recruitment process, interviewing, onboarding of new employees
- Complete Health & Safety required surveys
- Oversees the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all team members.
- Responsible for providing direction, staff training, coaching, mentoring and staff management
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, inspected, prepared, and delivered safe and clean to the guests.
- Inspect vehicles for autobody damages and check for dash warnings.
- Ensures workspace is clean and well maintained; performs and/or delegates general housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure staff wears PPE and ensure cleaning, detailing, and sanitization supplies are available.
- Other duties as assigned

**What Are the Working Conditions?**
- Operation runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Clean driver’s G licence
- Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Diploma in Business or Management preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or service industry; previous experience within the parking industry is considered an asset
- Technical or mechanical skills are a definite asset
- Ability to successfully manage and train employees
- Ability to resolve conflict and problems within tight deadlines
- Exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other computer knowledge
- Detail oriented
