**Skills required (If you lack any skills, we will teach you)**

  • Ability to use hand tools and pneumatic tools ie; silicone gun, scrapers, measuring tools.
  • Perform regular maintenance that includes changing light bulbs, painting, minor plumbing.

**Pay range is dependent on skill and experience.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
