We are looking for the right person to join our team. If you are a skilled and experienced **4th year or Journeyperson Service Plumber Gasfitter** **with Residential and Commercial Experience ** we would love to meet you

**Proven Skills**:

- Residential HVAC and plumbing installations and repairs
- Commercial heating and plumbing installations and repairs
- Furnace replacement and repairs
- Water heater replacements and repairs
- Gas line installations - commercial/residential
- Maintenance and repair of makeup air units, rooftop heating/cooling units, exhaust fans
- Residential and commercial drain/sewer auguring
- Boiler maintenance and repair
- Electrical motor/pump replacement and repair
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Works well independently

**Must Haves**:

- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Own tools
- A genuinely positive attitude and great work ethic
- Able to work overtime when requested
- Always punctual and reliable
- Always keeps a well-stocked and organized work vehicle
- Values having positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Ability to work in Beaumont, Leduc, Edmonton, and surrounding communities
