Hotel Maintenance HandyMan Person: Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, evenings, oncall, overnight when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities**:Performing general handy man duties for the hotel rooms and building. This could include changing light bulbs, fixing broken items in rooms, plunging of toilet, you will be working in the common areas, assisting with hotel locks exchanging batteries, some painting and other duties as required. ** Preventive maintenance in guest rooms which includes painting and repairing furniture or items that are broken or damaged. Completed assigned work orders **Assist in taking care of pool and hot tub such as checking chemical levels, filter cleaning ** WHMIS an asset **First Aid an asset ** Some electrical and plumbing knowledge is an asset but not a requirement **Must be able to lift 50 kg ** Must be available all days of the week including weekends and holidays for various shifts **Must be able to work unsupervised**

**Experience**:

- maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
