**Responsibilities**:

- Select and pack merchandise in a fast and efficient manner to meet and/or exceed production standards
- Culling of produce
- Ensure the correct merchandise is shipped to the correct store based on the store orders and meet and/or exceed set quality standards
- Breaking down of products into single/multiple quantities; making boxes for various product
- Operate equipment and/or use pick documents in order to process store orders
- Communicate effectively with Repack sign out clerk in order to maintain a consistent workflow
- Monitor equipment in order to maintain production workflow and minimize downtime
- Maintain safe, clean and organized work environment to meet set company safety policies
- Other related duties as assigned

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Will involve frequent repetitive hand actions
- Will be required to reach above shoulder height and below waist level
- Ability to work in different temperature zones

**Required Qualifications**:

- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet timeline
- Must have good working knowledge of food quality, hygiene and sanitation

**Salary**: From $13.70 per hour
