**Company Description**:Options Therapy is a community-based team of dedicated Rehabilitation Professionals providing services across South-Western Ontario.

**Position Summary**:As an Occupational Therapy Assistant with Options Therapy you will work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help coordinate, plan, develop and implement services for an assigned caseload of clients as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. You are responsible for working out of your home and travelling to/from client’s homes.

**As a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant you will be supervised by an Occupational Therapist, work from home and possess the following**:

- Computer skills (i.e. proficiency with Word, Excel, Dropbox, electronic mail)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle that is insured
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Motivation and a drive for continuous learning
- Possess an Occupational Therapist Assistant OTA diploma from an accredited college
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Up-to-date Immunization Records (MMR, TDAP, Varicella, Hep B, Covid-19)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to follow client care plan accordingly
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent patient service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
- Knowledge of FSCO, SABS & HCAI
- Satisfactory criminal records check
- Relevant community experience, auto sector experience is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time
