**Overview**

**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings and brand presence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within relevant industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for growth
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, or previous experience in a similar industry setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
