**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Installation and servicing of wireless internet to residential customers
- Mounting of antenna hardware, j arm or mounting bracket to home, testing of signal and services, drilling, installation of network cabling, setup of modem/router, terminating of network Indoor and Outdoor Ethernet cable ends
- Review and explain all aspects of installation and service to client
- Proficient use of laptop and smartphone throughout job
- Troubleshoot equipment on site
- Problem solve and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Comfortable working safely at heights with use of ladders
- Accurately complete work orders and time sheets
- Represent company in a professional manner
**EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Previous experience with installation of fixed wireless, coax cabling, cat5/6, internet, phone, or internet an asset
- 1 year previous experience in technical related fields
- Network+ certification would be preferred but not required
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Able to operate power tools such as drills skillfully
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
- Well organized with good time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology/industry changes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education preferred but not required
- A valid G-class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be willing to provide Criminal Reference Check upon conditional offer
- Working at heights an asset but not required
- Previous networking installation or cable installation experience preferred but not required

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
