**Aluminum Foundry Caster - Build Your Future with Standard Manufacturers**

We’re looking for a motivated **Aluminum Foundry Caster** to join our team and keep production flowing with skill, precision, and pride.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Melting and pouring aluminum into molds to produce high-quality parts
- Operating and monitoring furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment
- Fluxing, skimming, and ladling molten aluminum safely and efficiently
- Inspecting castings to ensure quality and consistency
- Removing castings from molds, performing finishing (saw cutting, sanding)
- Following detailed work package procedures and documentation
- Supporting our **Lean manufacturing initiative** by keeping work areas clean and efficient

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
- Team player who can also work independently
- Good communication skills (English - verbal and written)
- High school diploma preferred, but not required - **on-the-job training is provided**

**Work Schedule**:

- 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (Days or Afternoons)
