**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before guests are seated.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling tips according to company policy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $15.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
