We are currently looking for a **Full-Time Store Manager, Full-Time Assistant Managers, Stock Manager, Managers in Training, Visual Merchandisers,**and **Part-Time Team Leaders and Sales Associates**to join our amazing team for our **Conestoga Mall, Waterloo, ON**location.

**Does this sound like you?**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience as a part of a Retail Store Management team
- Business focused with a proven ability to drive sales
- Passionate about delivering quality customer service
- Ensure visual merchandising and marketing directions are implemented as per visual directives, within required timeframes
- Ensure strategic and successful inventory management, including the prompt completion of markdowns
- Ensure loss prevention policies and practices are adhered to, in order to achieve shrink target
- A team player and true leader who can grow and develop people
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
