**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are organized and safe. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts on various construction tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain inventory of materials and report any shortages or equipment needs.
- Help with the transportation of materials to and from job sites.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
