Foreman Concrete

Tollestrup Construction is a growing southern Alberta road construction company and is looking for a Concrete **Foreman**. This position is responsible for the overall daily management of the Concrete Crew, while meeting project/job deadlines.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Extensive experience and knowledge of road construction, specifically concrete.
- Extensive Experience in forming and finishing.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position.
- Must obtain Class 5 Driver's License.
- Excellent communication skills to guide and develop staff and deal promptly with public inquiries and contractor groups.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
