**The Opportunity**: As an experienced IT Analyst, Identity Management with hands-on experience across multiple SAP systems, you will play a critical role in shaping and controlling security access within our SAP. Our environment is comprised of SAP S/4 HANA, APO, BPC, BI, CRM, PI, SRM, TPM, EWM, Portal, IDM, GRC, and Solution Manager plus numerous cloud solutions including Ariba, Blackline, High Radius, IBP, LIMS, and ITCM.

This role requires someone with strong analytical skills and knowledge of SAP who has a passion for maintaining strong control, delighting our end users, and continuously improving the efficiency and automation of our technology.
**Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life**:

- Collaborate with cross functional project teams to develop project plans and access design decisions for the Security portion of projects.
- Build Fiori roles using standard/custom catalogs, groups and OData services.
- Perform GRC risk analysis on sets of test IDs at project stage gates and obtain signoff. Perform GRC ruleset changes based on requirements. Develop and maintain relevant documentation to satisfy audit requirements and ongoing access design reference needs.
- Take ownership of security compliance policies, processes, and procedures to guide the larger Information Solution team in adhering to best practices including position-based access, segregation of duties, and least privileged access.
- Maintain Emergency Access Management (EAM) (Fire Fighter) GRC tables and control bi-weekly approval process and annual re-certification. Provide bi-weekly reporting on GRC risks and trending.
- Support users and roles in the SAP BPC system for financial Consolidation and Budget.
- Interface with external and internal auditors, running audit tool, providing audit evidence and/or advising them on access required to self-serve.
- Create Security Documentation, perform access reviews and role housekeeping.
- Validate IDM and GRC systems are functioning after patching or other events.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- University degree in a Business or Computer Science related field.
- Several years of experience in IT including experience with SAP Security Administration including role building and transporting using SU24 and PFCG.
- Experience with commonly used SAP Security Tcodes including SU01, SU10, SU24, PFCG, SE93, AL08, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SE01, SE16, etc.
- GRC administration including risk and usage analysis along with emergency access management.
- Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties (SOD), and sensitive transaction analysis.
- Exposure to S/4 HANA, Fiori security, and Identity Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel for analyses of large data sets with pivot tables and vlookups.
- Prior experience either in the business or technically such as Service Desk experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player. Ability to be motivated and take pride of ownership of the user, role, and documentation databases.
- Willingly to share knowledge and experience within the IT team.
- Should be proactive and willing to learn.
