**Lab**
- Shipping/receiving of orders to and from third party labs
- Verifying that inbound jobs are correct and ready for pick up
- Edging and completing in house jobs (POFS)
- Updating patient files with detailed notes and order status updates from external labs
- Following up with patients on the status of their order
- Invoice/ statement reconciliation.

**Dispensary**
- Assist with frame and lens selections.
- Processing orders
- Assisting patients with pick ups and adjustments
- Inventory maintenance
- Provide top quality customer service.

Hours: 32+ hours per week

Benefits available

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
