**Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience while ensuring compliance with all regulations related to cannabis sales. Your expertise in cannabis products and your ability to connect with customers will help guide them in making informed choices that suit their needs.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including cashiering duties.
- Educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and product effects while adhering to legal guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is needed, particularly within the cannabis industry but can also be outside of the industry.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Leadership qualities are a plus for potential growth within the organization.
- Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge while providing excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.65 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
