If all this sounds appealing, wed love to meet you **WHAT IS THE ROLE ?** The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Ecommerce team which includes Digital Operations and Content. This role focuses on maximizing the performance and effectiveness of the Ecommerce channel through data-driven decision making and a constant focus on optimization; the incumbent will own channel results, forecast and reporting. They will develop a constantly evolving hypothesis on growth levers/hurdles to the business and tie them to results. **HOW WILL YOU DO IT?** - With a merchant mindset, develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with Psycho Bunny's overall business objectives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. - Understand and continuously monitor key metrics to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and translate complex data and test results into actionable insights. - Automate and improve online merchandising through behavioral site search, sequencing and data-driven product recommendations. - Work in close contact with the Operations and Fulfillment teams to ensure elite customer experience. - Work collaboratively with Planning & Allocation, Marketing, and other stakeholders. - Lead and mentor a team of Ecommerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and results. **WHO YOU ARE ?** **Your achievements** - 5-7 years in an Ecommerce management role. - Experience in multimillion ecommerce operation (50-100M$). - Deep understanding of eCommerce business, including understanding of key eCommerce trends functions and levers. - Retail & Fashion experience is considered an asset. - Shopify Plus experience is considered an asset **Your contribution** - Fluent in both French and English for seamless communication within the team and with vendors. - Leverage Google Analytics and/or BI tools to gain actionable insights and optimize our operations. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and executing efficiently. - Build strong cross-functional relationships, influencing and managing others with a positive and proactive approach. - A proven track record of understanding and exceeding KPIs. - As an enterprise client utilizing Shopify Plus, you'll leverage your strong eCommerce expertise to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth for our fashion business. **WHAT WE OFFER** Youll have an entire team in your corner, ensuring that you are seen, heard, respected, and treated the way you want to be treated.
