As a Voice System technician, you will participate to the administration and development of the voice and interaction systems and solutions.
Reporting to the Voice System Manager, you will support voice and interaction systems and provide maintenance and other services to clients. You will focus on the quality of the interactions between clients and users of the voice and interaction system.

What are the main responsibilities?*
- Maintain and support voice and interaction systems infrastructure;
- Configure, maintain and support voice and interaction systems and services;
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems, failure and malfunctions;
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning of assigned systems and equipment;
- Maintain Call Flow diagram and documentation;
- Monitor voice and interaction infrastructure.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- College Diploma or equivalent (AEC) with 4 or more years of general experience in IT;
- Bilingualism an asset (French and English);
- Occasional availability outside of normal working hours;
- Solid interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting a team focused environment.
