Seasonal Bartender

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beverages.
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and tips in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders to customers at the bar.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
