**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cooking & Prepping**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee food prep activities, ensuring proper portioning, storage, and sanitation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

**Management Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen and service team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies.
- Oversee scheduling and staff assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook or chef, with strong culinary skills.
- Previous management experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
