**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish, including synthetic grass and paving stone installations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and a 3-ton truck.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates and address any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape construction, particularly with synthetic grass and paving stone installations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in operating skid steers, excavators, and a 3-ton truck.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work in all weather conditions and when feeling unwell.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
