Water Security Agency is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Strategy, Policy & Engagement unit as a Strategy Consultant in our Moose Jaw, Regina or Saskatoon location.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy, Policy & Engagement, an employee in this job supports strategy development and delivery to inform decision-making and enable service excellence enabling a high performing, values-based organization. This position works in collaboration with senior leadership and all Water Security Agency (WSA) employees, along with other ministries and organizations.

This position will provide leadership, expertise, development, planning, and evaluation of WSA’s Strategic Plan as well as facilitate strategic planning workshops throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with Government of Saskatchewan’s guidelines and direction.
