Indoor Framer

At Casman we build pre fabricated walls; we do it all from layout to framing inside our heated shop. Construction trades helpers and laborer's report to the Site Supervisor. Responsible for personal and site safety. Must take direction from team members, assist trades people on site.
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Assist site team members in construction activities
- Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
- Sort, clean and pile waste materials
- Operate pneumatic guns and saws
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as, compressors, and pumps
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

**Employment requirements**
- Some experience as a general construction laborer may be required for construction trade helpers.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Qualicum Beach, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 4 years (preferred)
