**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide onsite and remote Level 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Entra ID.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, VPN access, and security tools (EDR, Zero Trust, etc.).
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system (PSA/RMM).
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Participate in onboarding of new clients, including endpoint setup and system hardening.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and desktop operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID and basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., Syncro, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, HaloPSA).
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional onsite support if required).
**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with endpoint security platforms.
- Familiarity with NIST/CIS frameworks.
- Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, M365 Fundamentals/Associate).

Pay: $44,894.43-$74,012.86 per year
