We are looking for a Personal Lines Supervisor to provide expertise to staff to service clients’ changing insurance needs at our beautiful Saanichton office

**What you will do in the role**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned employees
- Observe and evaluate the performance of employees on a regular basis, addressing performance concerns as they arise
Makes recommendations to management concerning staff and improvements to procedures
- Coach employees to fully develop within their roles; identify training needs, and provide solutions
- Resolve employee and customer complaints
- Carries out other duties essential to the position as directed by their supervisor

**You can offer SeaFirst**:

- An active level 2 general insurance license; a CAIB/CIP designation would be an asset
- A minimum of five years of insurance experience
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Your strong sales and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of ICBC procedures required, knowledge of ICBC Drivers Licensing would be considered an asset
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Your desire to be part of our dynamic and collaborative team
- Previous experience using Epic is an asset

- Saanichton Office
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Permanent, Full-time employment
