**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality.
- Work the line efficiently during busy service.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
- Assist with menu planning and daily specials.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role within hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Strong culinary skills, including preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
- Experience working the line in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary training or degree an asset.
- Passion for food, creativity, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
