**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by filling holes, cracks, and joints with compound
- Smooth out and shape compound to create a seamless finish
- Sand surfaces and remove excess compound to ensure a smooth, even surface
- Touch up and repair any imperfections in the finish
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timelines and project goals are met
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and address any issues that arise

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations
