**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Interacts with colleagues in a friendly and professional manner and contributes to the team in a positive manner
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers’ specifications
- Prepare and serve sandwiches, wraps and other food items to customers’ specifications
- Operate coffee-making equipment and follow standard recipes
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area and kitchen area, including the counter, seating areas, and restrooms
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
