**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a **part-time** **Bridal Consultant** with a passion for selling, styling and everything bridal

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Quickly build rapport and establish trust with your bride and all members of the bridal party that came to the appointment.
- Work closely with each customer to assist them in selecting and trying-on gowns and accessories, taking customers’ measurements for gown orders, and completing order paperwork.
- Use online designer portals to advise customers on available dress features, check stock and place orders.
- Maintain the store and store merchandise in excellent condition paying utmost attention to cleanness and organization.
- Assist in promoting the Lavande brand by participating in social media content development.

**Qualifications**

Required:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in retail sales and/or customer service environment.
- **Must be available to work every weekend.**
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence, and exceed customer expectations.
- Able to handle fast pace and sometimes stressful situations with calm and grace.
- Comfortable with working in close proximity and personal space of clients.
- Able to lift heavy gowns and boxes (about 10 to 15 lbs).
- Must include a cover letter along with resume to have full consideration.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
